Mission Statement: Friends of Chilton Animals, Inc. is a nonprofit organization (501(c)(3) pending) dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our community. Our mission is to raise funds to support local rescues, provide critical resources for homeless and at-risk animals, and promote responsible pet ownership through spay and neuter initiatives. By working together with compassionate individuals and organizations, we strive to reduce pet overpopulation, prevent animal suffering, and create a brighter future for the animals of Chilton County.
Fostering and rescue are life-saving for dogs like Jack, who arrived emaciated and in desperate need of care. Thanks to his foster home, he received the nutrition, medical attention, and love needed to regain his strength. This support not only saved Jack’s life but also prepared him for a loving forever home, proving just how vital foster care is for dogs in need.
Jack’s story is a powerful reminder of how vital foster homes and donations are in saving lives. Every day, shelters are overcrowded, and countless animals are at risk without the care they desperately need. Fostering provides a safe space for dogs to heal, while donations ensure they receive food, medical treatment, and the chance to thrive. Without these resources, dogs like Jack may never get their second chance. You can be the reason a dog survives and finds a loving home—whether by fostering, donating, or simply spreading the word. Every act of kindness makes a difference. Please help today.
